Librarian, Angie Oberruter, gathered the COU Elementary students to the gym today to celebrate our 2nd quarter of Reading success. Mrs. Christiansen’s Title groups of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders performed a choral reading of “Who Took the Cookie from the Cookie Jar”. Ms. Ransom’s 3rd graders performed a Reader’s Theater, “The Goofy Reindeer” and Mr. Lally’s class also did a reader’s theater, “The Baker’s Dozen”. Reading awards were then passed out to the elementary students.
