A staff member from Charter Oak-Ute suffered a great loss last night when they suffered from the effects of house fire. Everyone is safe, but any help is appreciated.

Reading Celebration Day
Librarian, Angie Oberruter, gathered the COU Elementary students to the gym today to celebrate our 2nd quarter of Reading success. Mrs. Christiansen’s Title groups of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders performed a choral reading of “Who Took the Cookie from the Cookie Jar”. Ms. Ransom’s 3rd graders performed a Reader’s Theater, “The Goofy Reindeer” and Mr. Lally’s class also did a reader’s theater, “The Baker’s Dozen”. Reading awards were then passed out to the elementary students.
4th Grade Title Reading Students share Christmas stories with the preschoolers.
